These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Mobile Launcher website at https://aimobilelauncher.com ("Website") and the services provided by AI Mobile Launcher. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of AI Mobile Launcher

AI Mobile Launcher is a platform that offers a React Native Expo boilerplate with AI capabilities to assist developers in building mobile applications more efficiently.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights

When you purchase a package from AI Mobile Launcher, you gain the right to download and use the code provided for creating applications. You own the code you create but do not have the right to resell it. Because you receive full access to the source code immediately, purchases cannot be fully refunded. If the product is not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of purchase and you get 50% back, no questions asked.

3. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data, including name, email, and payment information, as necessary to provide our services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://aimobilelauncher.com/privacy-policy.

4. Non-Personal Data Collection

7. Your Role When You Ship an App

The boilerplate is delivered as-is, as source code that you modify, build and publish under your own name. You decide what your app does, which models and services it calls, who it is offered to, and where.

Because of that, you are the provider and/or the deployer of your own app, and you carry every legal and regulatory obligation that attaches to it, including obligations under EU law where you offer the app in the EU. We do not act as the provider or the deployer of your app, and buying a package does not transfer any of your obligations to us.

We make no representation that the boilerplate, or any app you build with it, meets any regulatory requirement. The boilerplate is a starting point, not an outcome.

If your app operates in a context the EU AI Act treats as high risk, including employment and worker management, credit scoring and access to essential private and public services, education and vocational assessment, biometrics, law enforcement, migration, asylum and border control, or the administration of justice and democratic processes, your obligations are materially heavier, and they are yours to meet.

The components we ship are specified as not to be changed into a high-risk AI system. If you change them so that your app becomes one, that change and everything that follows from it are yours.
